To use the smoker box, you’ll want to soak your wood chips in water for around 20 minutes. Then, place the smoker box on the cooking grates and fill it with the wood chips. Close the lid of the smoker box, and the lid of the grill, and in about 20 minutes the chips should have started to smolder and will begin adding smoky flavor to your food. If all the chips burn out, but you still want to add more smoky flavor, just flip open the lid and toss in some more wood chips.
